Brian Fitzgerald is President and Co-Founder of Evolve Media, LLC, an integrated digital media company focused on publishing, vertical ad sales and marketing services, and video solutions. Brian first broke into the world of online ad sales in 2000 when he and business partner Aaron Broder co-founded Gorilla Nation Media, LLC., the world’s largest online branded sales company that would later become Evolve Media, LLC.In 2004, Brian further pioneered in the online ad space by developing a Web publishing business that led consumer internet brands such as SheKnows.com, Craveonline.com, TheFashionSpot.com and GameRevolution.com. Brian went on to launch Springboard, a video platform and branded entertainment division, as well as Crowd Ignite, an audience marketing platform for publishers. After seven years of growing SheKnows into a publishing heavyweight that brought in 41 million unique visitors a month, Evolve sold the company for a nine figure deal. Currently, Evolve specializes in vertical publishing for men and women with its two flagship publishers, CraveOnline Media and totallyher Media, as well as its video offerings through SpringBoard Video. The Evolve mission is to deliver content, context and creative with scale.
Prior to founding Evolve Media, LLC, Brian was an Intellectual Property attorney representing some of the entertainment industry’s largest independent film distributors, music companies and talent, dealing with copyright, trademark, contractual and litigation issues. Prior to this, upon graduating from law school, Brian began his career as an IP attorney at MGM Studios. Brian graduated Cum Laude from UCSB in 1992 with a BA in Law and Sociology. He was awarded membership into Phi Beta Kappa. Brian received a Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School in 1996.
