We are seeking a professional and motivated team player to learn and support the business imperatives of the business and corporate development team. You will work closely with different business divisions of the Evolve Media LLC. team by helping with the day-to-day management of our partnerships across the media industry. You will work on a rotational basis to get a full-cycle understanding of our business model.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position may include some or all of the following:
• Providing support to Business Development Team, Corporate Development team, Account Management Team and Strategic Monetization team.
• Providing support for outreach initiatives
• Providing support to Springboard, Crowd Ignite and other divisions as needed
• Assisting with reporting and analytics as need by analyzing competitor data utilizing comScore Media Metrix, including analysis of traffic data, demographics and ad opportunity.
• Website research and diligence
• Organizing contract management system via Evolve’s proprietary ad operations tool (AdOps) and Salesforce.
• Obtaining updated key site information from existing Evolve affiliates to improve our sales opportunities and publisher relationships.
• Analyzing ad opportunity on existing sites to ensure full monetization via our Performance Marketing division.
• Ensuring and verifying proper comScore reporting by division.
• Managing campaigns in ADOPS & SalesForce – uploading IO’s, while assuring accurate information is provided.
• Gain experience with analytic and different excel sheets/formulas that are used in day-to-day work.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must receive school credit
• College junior or senior preferred
• Exceptional PC skills (Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and Outlook) preferred
• Available spring/summer semester
• Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly
